Where is The Queen’s Club located?
The Queen’s Club is in West Kensington. The nearest tube station is Barons Court on the District and Piccadilly lines. The club is approximately a 3-4 minute walk from the station. Please click here to view a map. Back To Top
Does my child need a ticket?
All children will need a ticket; however we discourage bringing infants to the tournament as we are unable to provide specific facilities. Back To Top
Do you have provisions for disabled spectators?
There are a number of wheelchair spaces available on Centre Court which provide space for one wheelchair used accompanied by a carer. Please note that the carer/companion will not be charged. Do I get a refund if it rains?
If there are less than 2 hours play on any court to which your ticket gives access (Centre Court if a Centre Court ticket and Court 1 if a Court 1 ticket), a raincheck is declared and a full refund is awarded (minus any booking fee). Two hours play are measured using official records of the court umpire in question. Further details will be available on the reverse of your ticket. Back To Top
Can I sell unwanted tickets on E-Bay?
NO! The resale of any tickets breaches our terms and conditions and will render your tickets null and void. We try our very best to ensure that those selling their tickets on E-Bay or similar sites are identified and their tickets cancelled. If I want to queue for tickets on the day, what sort of time should I arrive at the grounds?
A small number of Centre Court returns and over half of all Ground Admissions are available to purchase on the gate each day. It is difficult to advise what time to arrive. The size of the queue depends greatly on the weather and the matches scheduled for the day. Back To Top
Can I come down to the tournament in the evening?
Half price Ground Admission tickets are sold from around 5.30pm each evening Monday to Friday. The exact time depends on factors such as the weather and number of matches to be played. Once inside the grounds, it is possible to purchase Centre Court returns. The price for these in 2007 was £5 and all proceeds will go to our designated charities. Back To Top
Can I attend the qualifying tournament?
Yes, although for health and safety reasons there is a limit of 500 spectators per day within the grounds of The Queen’s Club on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June. This is done on a “first come, first served” basis on the day. Admission to the qualifying tournament is free of charge and is due to begin at 10.00 am on Saturday 7th June, weather permitting.Back To Top

I have just moved into the Queen’s Club area.
As a gesture towards local residents we offer the option to visit the tournament with a guest on one evening Monday to Friday from 5.30pm. Letters with the relevant information are sent out in May to all those on a pre-selected list. Back To Top
What time do gates open?
Gates will open at 10.30am each morning. Play start times tend to be around 12 midday on Monday to Friday and slightly later on the Saturday and Sunday. Back To Top
Is there any parking available?
No parking is available at the Queen’s Club. Visitors driving to The Artois Championships are strongly advised to park their car in the Earl’s Court Seagrave Road Car Park located at Seagrove Road, London SW6. The Tournament runs a complimentary shuttle service to and from The Queen’s Club between 10.30am and half an hour after play ends. You can reserve your space by logging onto the Earl’s Court car parks website www.eco.co.uk or telephone 0871 871 9809.

Can I bring food or drink into the grounds?
You are welcome to bring food into the grounds although please note that there are no designated picnic areas and bag searches will be in operation. Additionally due to current licensing laws NO alcohol can be brought into the grounds. Back To Top
Can I purchase food inside the grounds?
A large buffet area with unreserved seating offers a selection of sandwiches, salads, other snacks and hot and cold beverages. The Artois Bar offers a wide choice of alcholic drinks.
There is also a restaurant located inside the grounds. Full booking details will be sent out to all those purchasing tickets at the end of March. Back To Top

Due to security, we do not have any left luggage facilities at the Queen's Club. Please also note that all bags will be searched and alcohol will not be allowed into the grounds. Back To Top
