For 2008, The Artois Championships are delighted to be associated with Give It Your Max, which encourages primary school children, some from disadvantaged backgrounds, to learn to play tennis and The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust, founded to increase the awareness of the nature and dangers of depression. If a ticket holder leaves the Championships early, they can submit their ticket into a charity resale box. These tickets are then resold, and the proceeds donated will then be equally split between Give It Your Max and The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.
