VAT: All prices listed above are subject to VAT

Terms of Payment: Once a confirmation letter has been received and accepted by the Tournament, you will be invoiced for 25% deposit of the package, with the remainder due by March 2008. All drinks will be invoiced after the event based on consumption.

Drinks: Beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks are available. Hosts are invited to select pre-lunch drinks and wine from an extensive fine wine list prior to the event. The cost of drinks is charged on a consumption basis and is not included in the cost of the hospitality package. You will be invoiced for these post event.

Raincheck Insurance: Raincheck insurance recovers 90% of the total hospitality booked (excluding VAT and drinks consumed) should there be less than 2 hours play on Centre Court. The cost for this is 5% of the hospitality price.
