When will tickets be sent to me?
Tickets will be sent out to you the week commencing the 7th April 2008. Tickets will be sent to the address we hold for you. If you would like to view or update your address details please click here. Back To Top

How will I know what seats my tickets are for?
When you receive your tickets they will contain details of your row and seat number. Your tickets will also contain all relevant information about your visit. Back To Top

Can I return unwanted tickets?
Yes. If for whatever reason you are unable to use your issued tickets, please return them to us and we will attempt to re-sell them on your behalf. If successful, we will refund the full ticket cost, but not the transaction fee. Any tickets sold or transferred via other methods will be void and you will not be entitled to a refund. Back To Top

Can I sell unwanted tickets on E-Bay?
NO! The resale of any tickets breaches our terms and conditions and will render your tickets null and void. We try our very best to ensure that those selling their tickets on E-Bay or similar sites are identified and their tickets cancelled. Anyone using such a ticket will be not be permitted access to the ground. Back To Top

Will it still be possible to purchase Court 1 tickets and Ground Admissions?
An allocation of Court 1 tickets and Ground Admissions have been held for sale on the gate each morning from Monday to Friday. A small number of Centre Court returns will also be available to purchase on the gate each morning of the Tournament. Back To Top

What if I have been unsuccessful in buying tickets?
If you have been unsuccessful in your application for tickets for this year’s tournament we advise you to keep trying our telephone booking line. Alternatively, an allocation of Ground Admissions and Court 1 tickets as well as Centre Court returns will be available on the gate. Back To Top

How do I update my details?
You can update your details by visiting the ticketing page of our website. Please follow the links to the mailing list and then click on ‘update my details’ and then enter your application code and corresponding email address when prompted. This will then enable you to view your details as currently registered on the mailing list and change or update any of your details as necessary. Back To Top

What will be the affect on this year’s tournament?
Although the 2008 Artois Championships will be the last, this announcement does not affect this year’s event in any way. Visitors will still be able to enjoy the world class facilities and tennis that are synonymous with The Artois Championships. Back To Top
