Barrett, Tsonga Honoured at Artois Championships

John Barrett was presented with the ATP's Ron Bookman Media Excellence
Award for 2006 for his contribution to the game of tennis.
ATP Executive Chairman and President Etienne de Villiers presented
the award to Barrett, who retired from commentating last year after
more than 35 years.
Meanwhile, Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga was presented with the Clive
Bernstein Award for 2007 for his wins over Kristian Pless and defending
champion Lleyton Hewitt at the Artois Championships.
The Clive Bernstein Award is given to the qualifier who makes the
greatest impact on the tournament and is a bursary of $2,500 to
be used on Air Travel.
Mrs Felicity Bernstein presented Tsonga with the Award on Friday
at The Queen's Club.
